SO Oil Pulling! Where did you first hear about this? I am so glad I learn something EVERY day.
I thought "threading" was weird, but I love it now. I am really anxious to try "oil pulling", I was a little leery until I looked it up on the web.

I was very skeptical about oil pulling. But I had to try it. It is so dusty here in India and my sinuses are horrible.
I have to say that the first day I noticed a difference. I can throw away the Claritin D.
